BetterSleep: Relax and Sleep App Reviews

I have use no other apps as far as binaural beats or meditation since I got this app. I have tried other white noise apps, but their amount of content was limited. The availability of sounds and meditations is excellent. I am going to upgrade!

Totally helps me sleep when I have a lot on my mind.

I love this app. Ive had it for so long and it has been fantastic. I use it to sleep, destress, and relax. Its wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Sometimes when I just can not turn the brain off I turn this app on & soon I easily drift off.

Using this app I seem to get a much better nights rest. I feel like Im much better rested when I get up in the morning.
